Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, however we do offer a pick-up option for orders local to the area.

Shipping order arrival times: Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery, depending on your location in Canada or the United States and 4-14 days International. Please keep in mind that if you live in a remote location or during peak periods such as Christmas, delivery delays are beyond our control and shipping times can be extended. Please note that during Covid, Canada Post is not guaranteeing delivery times.

For any costs incurred due to an error in entering your address at the time of checkout, please note that you may be held liable. This includes Canada Post's 'return to sender' fees. If you wish to have your order reshipped a separate charge of the actual shipping costs may be applicable.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Ordering from within Canada
Free Shipping to anywhere in Canada for orders over $100
We offer free Canada Wide Expedited Shipping for any orders over $100.

Orders sent will include tracking and insurance. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.
Flat Fee of $10 for orders within Canada under $100
Orders sent will be send by Canada Post Expedited Parcel and will include tracking and insurance. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.

If you require your order urgently, courier delivery or Xpress Post can be arranged. Contact us before processing your order for details and prices.
Picking Up from our Regina Saskatchewan Canada location
If you are local to Regina Saskatchewan Canada you may pick up, free of charge, from our location. Just choose this option from the shipping page, then contact us to arrange. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order whenever possible. We will always try to accommodate urgent orders however. We are not a physical store set up for browsing.
Ordering from the United States
Free Shipping to the Continental US. for orders over $100
Orders sent will include tracking and insurance.

All orders are sent by Airmail, please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control.

Flat Fee of $15 for United States orders under $100

International Orders
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.00. Any difference in actual cost will be refunded to you.

All international orders over $250 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery time does vary due to customs, we apologize for any inconvenience however it is beyond our control.

Please note that not all shipping services come with tracking and if you choose "no tracking", there is nothing we can do to help in the event that it gets lost in the mail.
